Processing & Shipping Times

At Nova Beauty, we take pride in delivering quality thermal gloves to our customers. Please review our shipping timelines carefully before placing your order:

Processing Time

  • Standard Processing: 5-12 business days
  • Peak Season Processing: 7-10 business days (November - February)
  • Orders are processed in the order they are received
  • You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a shipping notification with tracking once your order ships

Shipping Time

  • Standard Shipping (US): 7-12 business days after processing
  • Expedited Shipping: 5-7 business days after processing (additional cost)
  • International Shipping: 14 business days after processing

Total Delivery Time

Please allow 1-2 weeks (10-14 business days) for delivery from the date of order placement. During peak seasons or due to inventory availability, some orders may take up to 3 weeks for delivery.

Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.

Important Notes About Stock & Fulfillment

  • Inventory Availability: Our products are sourced and shipped based on current stock levels. Processing times may vary depending on inventory at the time of your order.
  • Made to Order: Some product variations may require additional time to fulfill as they are prepared specifically for your order.
  • No Guaranteed Delivery Dates: We cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date unless you have purchased expedited shipping and received written confirmation.

Tracking Your Order

  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships
  • Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update in the carrier's system
  • Please allow the full estimated delivery window before contacting us about delays

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to the United States and select international locations
  • PO Boxes are accepted for standard shipping only
  • Some remote locations may experience longer delivery times

Delays & Issues

Shipping carriers may experience delays due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier backlogs (especially during holiday seasons)
  • Incorrect/incomplete shipping addresses
  • Customs processing (international orders)

Nova Beauty is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Once a package is marked as "delivered" by the carrier, Nova Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages
  • If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, please:
    1. Check with neighbors or building management
    2. Contact the shipping carrier
    3. File a claim with the carrier if necessary

Returns & Exchanges

Please refer to our separate Return Policy for information about returns and exchanges. Note that shipping times for exchanges may require an additional 1-2 weeks.
